Benznidazole Market

Benznidazole is a synthetic nitroimidazole derivative that is mainly utilized for the treatment of Chagas disease (American trypanosomiasis), a parasitic disease caused by Trypanosoma cruzi. This regulation covers all stages of manufacturing, from the procurement of raw materials to product packaging, to ensure that the drug is of consistent quality fit for patient consumption. The benznidazole approval also provided the manufacturer with a Tropical Disease Priority Review Voucher, an incentive intended to stimulate the creation of new medicines for the prevention and treatment of tropical diseases.
